What are our shipping costs and what does it include?

This varies with each product. Some products come with free shipping. Items are delivered directly to your home/office or workplace Australia Wide. Includes online tracking, professional packaging and comprehensive transit insurance for your complete peace of mind.

Do We ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, shipping fees do apply. If you would like a shipping estimate please contact us with your delivery address and Item of interest and we will advise the shipping fees.

What will happen if my order arrives damaged?

We will repair or replace immediately. Our items are professionally packed for transit and damage during transit is unusual. We may retrieve the product from you to repair ourselves or we may choose to cover the reasonable cost of having the item repaired by a framer local to you.

Do all Items come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

Yes an official Certificate of Authenticity accompanies (COA)

Can I pick my order up from you?

Collection of orders can be made from our Wollongong showroom at 50 Montague St North Wollongong on a click & collect basis.
