For items that may be delivered damaged, not as described or faulty, all costs incurred to replace/repair & postage will be covered 100% by Wicked Memorabilia if returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
Given the limited edition nature of our products, your purchase from us is final. Any change of mind cancellations or exchanges will not be accepted. Please ensure you have acquired any and all relevant information before purchasing. If Wicked Memorabilia cannot fulfill your order, it will be refunded in full.
